This position is located in the Statistics Unit at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ELAC), Subregional Headquarters for the Caribbean, located in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, and covers 24 countries and territories of the Caribbean.  The incumbent is under the overall supervision of the Chief and the direct supervision of the Deputy Chief.
