The post-doctoral researcher will conduct research in the domain of Bayesian methods of model selection and model complexity for cognitive models. The post-doctoral researcher is also expected to contribute to teaching, including a course on repeated measures ANOVA, multilevel regression, and logistic regression.
Environment: The successful candidate will work in the Research Group of Quantitative Psychology and Individual Differences. Profile: The applicant must (a) hold a Ph.D. degree in psychology, cognitive sciences, computer science, or statistics, (b) have excellent English communication and writing skills, and (c) have conducted high quality
research in the field of mathematical and cognitive modeling. Experience with Bayesian statistics is an advantage. Knowledge of Dutch is not required.

after a positive evaluation). The preferred starting date is October 1st 2012.
