Duties & Responsibilities:
The position requires development of statistical methods for analyzing
high-dimensional genetic data. The data to be analyzed include, but
not limited to, population-based next-generation sequencing data.
Application areas include cancers and metabolic disorders.
Position Qualifications:
PhD in statistics/biostatistics. Strong theoretical background in
methodology development. Experience with high-dimensional statistical
analysis is desired. Demonstrated proficiency in statistical
programming language (e.g., C, R, Matlab). Good oral and written
communication skills. Experience in biological dataset, genomic data is
preferred but not required.
