Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate's primary assignments will be to teach introductory courses in statistics, including business statistics. The successful candidate will also be involved in the development of curricular materials, serve on department committees and be professionally active. Position Title: Assistant Professor of Statistics, fixed-term appointment 

Position Qualifications: Required: • Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in statistics or related area • Evidence of a strong commitment to student learning • Evidence of excellent communication skills • Evidence of demonstrated ability to teach and work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds. Preferred: • Ph.D. is preferred • Preference will be given to candidates who have interest in teaching introductory college level courses in statistics, including business statistics, and can document successful experience at this level.

Salary Range: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
