The University now seeks to appoint a Director
to the Robertson Centre for Biostatistics and the Glasgow Clinical
Trials Unit who will also assume the role of Professor of Clinical
Trials and/or Biostatistics. The Robertson Centre, with a staff of 60,
forms the study design, data centre and biostatistics arm of the Glasgow
Clinical Trials Unit. The post is designed to contribute to the
strategic goals of the University of Glasgow. The position is located in
the Institute of Health and Wellbeing, whose vision is to conduct
outstanding research contributing to better population health and
wellbeing and reduced inequalities. This post is expected to make a
major leadership contribution to the strategic research themes of the
Institute.
