The School of Mathematics wishes to appoint a Professor of Statistics. The appointee will be highly motivated with demonstrable expertise in his/her field. He/she will already have a well-established international reputation for research excellence and will have made significant contributions to the discipline. The appointee will be expected to have a proven and sustained record of research activity and a sustained record of a very high standard of teaching performance.
