The Department of Statistics at Texas A&M University seeks a
Visiting Assistant Professor for appointment in the 2015-2016 academic
year. This appointment will be non-tenure track. Duties and
responsibilities include teaching two courses per semester. Based on
applicant preferences, these courses may be taught at either the
graduate or undergraduate level, and multiple sections of the same
course may be counted separately toward the teaching requirement if
undergraduate service courses are taught.
The successful applicant must have a doctorate in statistics or
biostatistics, and previous experience in teaching at the undergraduate
