We are looking to appoint a Lecturer in Health Economics and/or Lecturer in Statistics and would welcome applicants from both disciplines. For the Statistician role we are seeking someone with current experience in statistical design and analysis of epidemiological and clinical studies, particularly randomized controlled trials and awareness of methodological controversies and solutions.


For the role of Health Economist we are seeking someone with broad methodological training and specific economic evaluation skills applied to healthcare, including trial-based and extrapolation/modelling designs, as well as awareness of the latest analytic methods and controversies.

Fixed Term to 30 September 2018 in the first instance.

Applications are particularly welcome from women and black and minority ethnic candidates, who are under-represented in academic posts in the University.
